Tom is a senior business leader, speaker and International #1 Best Selling author with more than 30 years experience helping build and grow companies in Canada and the USA. Tom brings leadership experience from the Financial Services, IT, TELCO, Not-For-Profit, and Health sectors. His career includes senior roles in many of Canada’s prestigious companies including President and CEO, and Chairman of the Board. He is the host and executive producer of The Quiet Warrior Internet radio show.
Tom received the William Shatner MOVING AMERICA FORWARD AWARD for his TV Show and the 2018 Courage to Come Back Certificate of Nomination Finalist for his incredible story. His purpose “To Unleash the Greatness in Others”.

Previously, Tom was General Manager with Ocean West Financial, Chief Operating Officer of the Annex Group, one of BC's fastest growing IT Professional Service firms. He was CEO with CRI Canada, a Division of AEGON - a supplier of software and financial services globally. At TELUS, one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies, Tom held a dual role of Director, Customer Excellence and Director, Enterprise Marketing. VanTel Credit Union was his first executive role as Vice President, Sales Marketing and Operations and previously he held Management roles with Toronto Dominion Bank.
Tom has served on a number of industry boards and served as Chairman of the Board for MDABC working to pioneer a change in the Mental Health model.
Tom is married to his business partner, Anna, and together they have three children.

Anna has over 30 years' experience as a Visionary leader, mentor, and coach in business as a corporate manager and entrepreneur.
Using a motive-based leadership style, she has developed teams and created healthy cultures, winning awards for her work. Using an engaging training style, Anna's enthusiasm for helping others creates high engagement and a high level of understanding.
As a life coach, Anna is populating the world with better leaders and people. She helps them understand their motives, natural talents, and limitations; and how to walk the Charactered path to success.

Donna J. Setterlund
Chief Imagineer & Illustration Officer
Donna J. Setterlund is Founder and CEO of Zontoria Productions, an Artist, Published Author, and Creative Imagineer. She is known to her followers as Jeannie. Her unique ability of seeing with her eyes and heart enable her to visually illustrate concepts from initial thought to brilliant visualizations. For decades she has mastered the skills of Creative Imagineering and Conceptual Imaging through her artistic writing and illustrations.
Her body of work includes over 48 illustrated titles including a variety of illustrated books, and the progressive series “Serendipity World of Zontoria”. Donna’s purpose is to uplift the souls of youth and adults of all ages through classic illustrated stories of life’s struggles and triumphs. These stories are Donna’s life experiences told through the character of Jeannie.
Donna’s passions include raising animals, building an old west entertainment area on her ranch in California, where others come to dream and imagine the future or relax in nature. Her husband Cliff, their four children and families, miniature horses and dog Sheba, are the lights that shine the brightest in her life.
